Community Guidelines and Terms

Everything Is Funny is a place for stand-up sets and comedy sketches. Comedy can be edgy, and that's fine. Cruelty aimed at real people isn't. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. The app is run by Everything Is Funny ("we").

Who can use it

• You must be 17 or older. Sets can include strong language and adult themes.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Anyone can watch. Fans can laugh and comment with a free account. Only comics we've approved can post sets; comics apply when they sign up.

Zero tolerance

We don't allow any of the following, in sets, comments, names or bios:

• Hate speech, slurs used to attack people, or content that promotes violence against a group
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting a private person
• Sexual content involving minors, of any kind
• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Sharing someone's private information, like their address or phone number
• Spam, scams, or impersonating someone else
• Anything illegal

Breaking these rules gets the content removed and can get your account suspended or deleted, without warning.

Post only your own material

Only upload sets and sketches you performed or have permission to share. Stealing another comic's material is the fastest way off the app. If someone posted your work, tell us.

Reporting and blocking

• Tap ⋯ on any set, or Report under any comment or on any profile, to report it.
• Anything reported by several people is hidden automatically until we review it.
• We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules.
• Block anyone from their profile or a set's ⋯ menu. You won't see their sets or comments, and they can't comment on your sets.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give Everything Is Funny permission to host, stream, and show it in the app and to share links to it, for as long as it's on the app. Delete a set and that permission ends. You can delete your account, and everything you posted, from your profile at any time.

The fine print

• The app is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available.
• We can remove content or accounts that break these terms, and we may update these terms. If we make a big change, we'll tell you in the app.
